TeraCare Nederland is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, this return policy applies exclusively to consumers (B2C) residing within the European Union (EU). Please note that business customers (B2B) are not covered by this policy.
Right of Withdrawal:
You, as a consumer, have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract with TeraCare Nederland within 15 calendar days from the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods, without providing any reason.
Conditions for Returns:
Eligibility: This right of withdrawal applies only to consumers (B2C) and not to business customers (B2B).
Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging. Any product that shows signs of use, damage, or is not in its original packaging will not be accepted.
